D'après le site officiel de l'INSEE : https://www.insee.fr/fr/statistiques/2122816?sommaire=2122819 Le taux de cotisation en 73 n'était pas au total de 9% mais d'environ 8% pour les charges salariales et environ 34% pour les charges patronales. Certes c'était relativement moins élevé qu'aujourd'hui. Mais pas comme le tweet le suggère.
