This claim about Jankowicz is false. https://www.dhs.gov/publication/disinformation-governance-board All FOIAed documents relating to Jankowicz are published here. There is no mention of or allusion to Hinkle or Twitch in any of them. Furthermore, Jankowicz' role at DHS had nothing to do with banning or flagging social media accounts.
