As stated in the answers by the user @seeker_ow ; based on the wording of the tweet (lack of info., incentive to ask for more, money promises) the chances of this being a pyramid scheme (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pyramid_scheme) are not negligeable. Many people get involved in pyramid schemes without realising it.
