Ivermectin only showed positive Covid outcomes in people infected with parasites: https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamanetworkopen/fullarticle/2790173 https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34667442/ Prior studies showing positive outcomes were largely done in regions where parasites are endemic to the population, and these studies did not control for the presence of such parasites.
