Original Note:

When the Bibby Stockholm was used for oil workers, it was intended to house 222 people. This has been increased to 500, leading the Fire Brigades Union and others to name it a “death trap”. There also were no disease outbreaks on board when it was used for oil workers. https://inews.co.uk/news/bibby-stockholm-barge-why-called-asylum-seeker-name-boat-explained-where-used-2534284
