This is false. According to flight restriction map https://safeairspace.net/map/ , only Sudan, Libya, and Niger have airspaces that are either mostly or completely closed. Egypt does not have major airspace restrictions, nor does Cameroon,Nigeria, or CAR, as falsely depicted in the picture(red circle).
