Nearly everyday, civilians get bombarded all over Ukraine. Just recently, three civilians died by russian bombs near Cherson https://www.wionews.com/world/3-killed-after-shelling-in-kherson-kharkiv-region-says-ukraine-drone-shot-down-near-moscow-claims-russia-623139 But still, the Ukrainians try to live as normal as possible. This is possible because of the weapon deliveries including the patriot system.
