It's possible, the idea is to use trains: Major concert venues such as the Stade De France (100,000 people) have 70% of their public quickly moving in & out using public transit. https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stade_de_France#Moyens_d'acc%C3%A8s Paris achieves this despite severe design flaws to its rail system https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RER_D#Delays so we could do even better.
