Google's inactive account deletion policy has an exception for accounts that have published YouTube videos. This has been confirmed by Rene Ritchie, Creator Liaison for YouTube, and on the official Google blog: https://twitter.com/YouTubeLiaison/status/1658829489466384387?s=20 https://blog.google/technology/safety-security/updating-our-inactive-account-policies/#:~:text=Additionally%2C%20we%20do%20not%20have%20plans%20to%20delete%20accounts%20with%20YouTube%20videos%20at%20this%20time.
