Original Note:
Scientists use a modification of RNA, pseudouridine, which can replace uridine in mRNA. Hence the term "modified RNA." Ψ has been shown to improve RNA stability. The mRNA vaccines do not contact the genome present in the nucleus and do not modify it. https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fcell.2021.789427/full https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/different-vaccines/how-they-work.html
