Original Note:
The current note claims are not supported by the links posted. WHO only states extreme heat can be a contributing factor to thrombogenesis (blood clots). https://www.who.int/health-topics/heatwaves#tab=tab_2 The news-medical site just says that blood clots are a symptom of necrosis and not extreme weather or heat waves. https://www.news-medical.net/health/What-are-the-Health-Implications-of-Heat-Waves.aspx
