The law forbids “corruptly influencing” to vote or not. https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1983/2/section/114 The CPS would only prosecute if it were to “infringe the spirit of the legislation”. https://www.cps.gov.uk/legal-guidance/election-offences Activists are already voting for your party, any provision of refreshments wouldn’t breach either the letter or spirit of the law.
