Original Note:
The "wet-bulb temperature" is the temperature on a thermometer cooled by evaporating water. The same way a person is cooled by sweating. In high wet-bulb temperatures it is impossible for a person to exhaust body heat. At 95° a person can overheat and die in roughly 6 hours. https://www.science.org/content/article/lethal-levels-heat-and-humidity-are-gripping-global-hot-spots-sooner-expected
