Original Note:

Some segregationists in the 50s opposed vouchers. They knew more choice could lead to integration. 7 of the 8 studies today find school choice leads to more integration. ME, VT, & NH have voucher programs that started in the 1800s. This argument is a genetic fallacy. https://www.wsj.com/articles/school-choice-antiracist-history-integration-funding-segregation-11634568700 https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1080/15582159.2019.1591157 https://www.edchoice.org/research-library/?report=the-123s-of-school-choice-3/
