The US does not deliver weapons they themselves need to protect their interests. Most weaponry sent is outdated and decommissioned and exists in plenty supply. https://www.state.gov/u-s-security-cooperation-with-ukraine/ A war against China would mainly involve naval and air assets, of which almost none have been delivered.
