Ganulocyte-Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor (GM-CSF) is unrelated to cerebrospinal fluid, and is secreted by White Blood Cells: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Granulocyte-macrophage_colony-stimulating_factor The presence of this protein (in pig sperm, as OP's article points out) isn't related to cerebrospinal fluid or "life energy" (whatever that is).
