Elon is clearly stating an opinion but it is not based on facts. The video shows people assembling peacefully which is protected under the first amendment. It is no different than “nazis” peacefully assembling. We may not agree but they should not be thrown in prison. https://constitution.congress.gov/constitution/amendment-1/
