This photograph shows the officers of Titanic sister ship RMS Olympic in 1911, not the Titanic in 1912. Two of the four - William Murdoch and Edward Smith - did serve on the Titanic the following year and both went down with the ship http://www.maritimequest.com/liners/titanic/crew/murdoch_william_m.htm
