The only double blinded placebo controlled study done on the safety of the mrna therapies was disbanded after 3 months. There is no way to conclusively say the mrna therapies are safe or they saved thousand of lives without a new DBPC study that lasts longer than 3 months. https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/nejmoa2034577
