This is incorrect information. Twitch sent an email to all partners stating that their Partner status would not be automatically renewed. All Twitch Partners have new ‘Monetized Streamer’ terms that they must agree with to stay in the program and they have a year to do so. https://www.twitch.tv/p/en/legal/monetized-streamer-agreement/
