The FBI sent Twitter a list of accounts on behalf of the SBU with an attached memo in which the SBU asked Twitter to remove the accounts and hand over their user data. https://mate.substack.com/p/fbi-helps-ukraine-censor-twitter And yes, after review, Twitter utlimately decided not to censor journalists, as acknowledged by the OP.
