The tweeter is speaking from a lived life experience & cultural knowledge as an Indigenous American. The photograph shows a supposedly female Indigenous American, but clearly the tweeter is indicating that she was a two spirit person & dressing as the gender they preferred. https://www.ihs.gov/lgbt/health/twospirit/
