Somewhat misleading, since the number of manufacturing jobs fell dramatically due to COVID lockdowns etc. 2019 showed only slightly smaller figures prior to lockdowns (Jan 12.83M, Dec 12.80M, trending towards 13.2M+ for 2023) compared to today (12.98M).
