ACCORDING TO STATEMENTS MADE BY PASSENGERS MADE FROM THE F TRAIN, NEELY HAD BEEN MAKING DEATH THREATS TO OTHER PASSENGERS AND SEVERAL 911 CALLS WERE MADE.
