Original Note:

The issue isn't whether it is 'true' that her opponents are intoxicated or not, as Mhairi Black suggest, but rather to do with "unparliamentary language". As The National has themselves pointed out before in other uses of the contested term. https://www.parliament.uk/site-information/glossary/unparliamentary-language/ https://hansard.parliament.uk/Commons/2023-05-16/debates/D436C5D6-7174-4A8C-86E0-8E551AF46F76/CostOfLiving https://www.independent.co.uk/tv/news/tory-partygate-mhairi-black-snp-b2339898.html https://www.thenational.scot/politics/23096826.utter-pish-alister-jack-uses-unparliamentary-language-westminster/
