Workforce participation is the lowest its been since 2003 (20years). https://www.bls.gov/charts/employment-situation/civilian-labor-force-participation-rate.htm Women are setting records and per https://www.dol.gov/newsroom/newsletter: "At 83.3% in April, the labor force participation rate for all prime-age workers (25-54) is the highest since March 2008," But the DOL's own citation refutes this: https://www.bls.gov/news.release/empsit.nr0.htm#:~:text=Both%20the%20labor%20force%20participation%20rate%2C%20at%2062.6%20percent%2C%20and%20the%20employment%2Dpopulation%0Aratio%2C%20at%2060.4%20percent%2C%20were%20unchanged%20in%20April.%20These%20measures%20remain%20below%20their%0Apre%2Dpandemic%20February%202020%20levels%20(63.3%20percent%20and%2061.1%20percent%2C%20respectively).
