Despite being only 13% of the population blacks do the majority of homicides (51.2%) and robberies (52.7%). https://ucr.fbi.gov/crime-in-the-u.s/2019/crime-in-the-u.s.-2019/tables/table-43 The previous link shows that they are proportionally over-represented in EVERY crime category. 13% of a population should only commit 13% of the crimes.
