It is dishonest to count people returning back to work, after the pandemic, as creating jobs. On February of 2020, before the pandemic hit, 158,749,000 people were employed. On March of 2023 the U.S. had 160,892,000. This is a net gain of 2,143,000 jobs not 12.5 million. https://data.bls.gov/timeseries/LNS12000000
