The image in question was taken on mars, and there's no evidence it was taken on Devon Island: https://leadstories.com/hoax-alert/2022/07/fact-check-nasa-did-not-represent-devon-island-canada-as-mars.html (scroll down a bit) It was probably confused with NASA's Haughton Mars Project on Devon Island uses the climate to mimic environmental conditions that could be encountered on mars. https://www.nasa.gov/exploration/humanresearch/analogs/research_info_analog-haughton.html
