People returning back to work, after the pandemic, is not creating jobs. On February of 2020 , before the pandemic hit, 158,749,000 people were employed. On March of 2023 the U.S. had 160,892,000 people employed. This is a net gain of 2,143,000 jobs not 12.5 million. https://data.bls.gov/timeseries/LNS12000000
