There isn’t a direct relationship between climate change and fire. Hot, dry conditions are believed to contribute, but something needs to create the spark and start the fire. In Alaska, most fires are ignited by lightning. In California, most fires are ignited by humans. https://www.usgs.gov/faqs/will-global-warming-produce-more-frequent-and-more-intense-wildfires
