Current law in 363A.03 Subdivison 44 Sexual Orientation states : "Sexual orientation" does not include a physical or sexual attachment to children by an adult. https://www.revisor.mn.gov/statutes/cite/363A.03 They are trying to amend it by removing that line in HF 1655 to remove this.
