The use of the word "comprehensive" in this tweet is misleading. The study covered 324 persons who changed their gender (and 10x that who had not). This small study doesn't fit the dictionary.com definition of comprehensive: "of large scope; covering or involving much; inclusive:". https://www.dictionary.com/browse/comprehensive
