Original Note:
A protest is not an insurrection. An insurrection is a violent uprising against authorities working to overturn a lawful government. A riot is a group of three or more people acting in a violent manner to terrorize the public. These protestors don’t meet those definitions. https://www.britannica.com/story/how-does-the-us-government-define-the-difference-between-a-protest-and-a-riot https://time.com/6137604/history-insurrection-jan-6/
