The hospital has specifically said that they are not asking prospective patients--who are unwell by definition--to stay home. The request applies only to sick visitors and family members. https://twitter.com/mch_childrens/status/1648128250428768258 Asking contagious people to avoid a hospital unless necessary is obviously good advice.
