Lupron (leuprolide acetate) is used off-label as a puberty blocker and is also the most commonly used drug to chemically castrate sex offenders. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chemical_castration There are currently no long-term studies on the long-term effects of puberty blockers on sterility or sexual function.
