Some trees around the capitol retain green leaves in the winter as seen by these trees by the U.S. Capitol Christmas tree. https://www.aoc.gov/what-we-do/programs-ceremonies/capitol-christmas-tree The undercover agent had said " … we go undercover as antifa in the crowd…”. Link in note is about actual Antifa, not undercover agents.
