Trump did not flee to another state to avoid indictment. In fact when was the president(2016–2020)he changed his Domicile to Florida in 2019. The clause within the constitution precludes he had to commit a crime then proceed to run away to another state to avoid prosecution. https://constitution.congress.gov/browse/article-4/section-2/
