Tweet correctly says that Rand Paul is quoting the Moderna CEO in saying that there is a risk of myocarditis after the vaccine. He makes no comparison with myocarditis after infection but it's worth pointing out that one of those vectors is voluntary and the other isn't. https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1111/eci.13947
