Original Note:
Some EVs may lose up to 30% range in cold weather, but Teslas, like the photo suggests, only lose 5-15% in extreme cold weather. Gas cars lose between 12 and 28% range in cold weather. The charge time has no change because the batteries automatically heat up to charge. https://www.recurrentauto.com/research/winter-ev-range-loss https://www.nrcan.gc.ca/sites/www.nrcan.gc.ca/files/oee/pdf/transportation/fuel-efficient-technologies/autosmart_factsheet_3_e.pdf
