There is no source for this claim, and in fact a similar claim was debunked by Snopes last year. https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/japan-ivermectin-covid-vaccine/ The Japanese manufacturer of Ivermectin states it is not effective for Covid and they do not market it as a Covid-19 treatment. https://www.japantimes.co.jp/news/2022/10/02/national/science-health/kowa-ivermectin-covid-19/
