Original Note:

This is a type of cloud formation named Asperitas, however the photograph was taken back in 2015, as it appears on this link: https://www.wunderground.com/article/science/weather-explainers/news/undulatus-asperatus-clouds-kentucky-ohio-august-3 Additionally, despite what others may claim, the Asperitas cloud was officially classified & recognized by the WMO in 2015: https://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/learn-about/weather/types-of-weather/clouds/other-clouds/asperitas
