This is not the Blue Ridge Parkway. The BRP is closed for miles in both directions in the location OP says: https://www.nps.gov/blri/planyourvisit/roadclosures.htm This is also obvious by looking at the video, which clearly shows mailboxes on it, which the BRP does not have.
