The DCI Kenya have been known to openly disregard provisions of the Kenyan Constitution as spelled in Art. 49 & Art. 50 whenever they are enforcing an arrest. Several arrest cases effected by DCI have been carried out with no warrants or court orders - in abduction style. https://www.klrc.go.ke/index.php/constitution-of-kenya/112-chapter-four-the-bill-of-rights/part-2-rights-and-fundamental-freedoms/215-49-rights-of-arrested-persons?fbclid=IwAR0qjrUTDj7axcGLqLGmMuKgfO9GtVEy7oRKsVwkRyzD_i-iAtdx32AEq6g https://www.klrc.go.ke/index.php/constitution-of-kenya/112-chapter-four-the-bill-of-rights/part-2-rights-and-fundamental-freedoms/216-50-fair-hearing
