『国籍条項の撤廃』という表記は間違いです。地方公務員法には国籍条項の記載がないため『撤廃』する大元がありません。 以下補足です。 外国籍の方でも地方公務員になることは出来ますが、『「公権力の行使」または「公の意思の形成への参画」に携わる公務員は日本国籍を必要とする。』という明文があるため、これに該当する役目に着任することはできません。 また、政府（総務省）は国籍条項の制定を各自治体に求めています。
