Corporate taxation in UAE is more complex than "has corp tax"/"doesn't have corp tax". There are free zones, anyone can register there and corp tax in these zones is indeed zero. Technically, "UAE has corp tax" and "UAE doesn't have corp tax" are equally (in)correct claims.
