Hindi is a RAJBHASHA, not the imaginary "rashtrabhasha" as claimed by OP. In English, Hindi is one of the Official Languages of the Union, there is no such thing as a "national language". Even the Government refers to it as Rajbhasha. https://rajbhasha.gov.in/en/constitutional-provisions
