Despite a huge staff cut, twitter seems to be operating just fine. Policies aside; cutting out pointless jobs that serve to do nothing except fill an equality quota among the sexes seems to be pretty effective for maintaining profit margins. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Layoff
