Although the post states "Arrested on suspicion re inaccurate SM post", this isn't an offence. OP would have been more accurate had they stated the actual reason for arrest, which seems likely to be a Public Order Act incitement offence; eg https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1986/64/section/18
