There have been no examples of power grid failures in Texas so far in 2023. The latest power outages were caused by frozen power lines and trees falling. A “grid failure” implies the power source wasn’t able to generate enough electricity which never happened in 2023 https://www.texastribune.org/2023/02/01/texas-ice-storm-power-outages/
